Welcome to Solo Party Games ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of solopartygames.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The service

The Site provides free, browser-based, single-player party minigames and a party prompt generator. The games run entirely in your browser. The Site requires no download, no account, and no payment. We may add, change, or remove games or features at any time.

2. No accounts; your local data

The Site has no registration or login. Game progress (personal bests, streaks, daily challenge state) is stored only in your browser's local storage on your own device. We do not back it up and cannot restore it. Clearing your browser data, using private/incognito mode, or switching devices will reset your progress.

3. Eligibility and children

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use the Site. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
  • attempt to disrupt, probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the Site's infrastructure (normal gameplay and reading of publicly served files is fine; attacking the service is not);
  • scrape the Site at a volume or in a manner that degrades service for others;
  • misrepresent the Site or its content as your own, or frame/mirror the Site in a misleading way;
  • use the Site's games, name, or content in a way that suggests affiliation with, or endorsement by, any third-party game, brand, or publisher.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, its games, text, graphics, logo, and original artwork are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the games in your browser for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Site's code, art, or written content without our prior written permission.

Game mechanics and general game concepts (e.g., trivia, word categories, spot-the-difference, guessing games) are not owned by anyone; however, our specific names, artwork, code, question content, and presentation are protected as described above.

6. No gambling, no real-money prizes

The Site is a free entertainment service. Scores, streaks, and badges on the Site have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or cashed out, and do not enter you into any contest, sweepstakes, or drawing. Nothing on the Site constitutes gambling, betting, or an opportunity to win anything of value.

7. Advertising

The Site is funded by display advertising served by third-party vendors (including Google AdSense). Ads are provided by the advertisers and ad networks, not by us. We do not endorse advertised products or services and are not responsible for the content of ads or the destination sites they link to. 9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL GAMES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. TRIVIA AND PROMPT CONTENT IS PROVIDED FOR ENTERTAINMENT; WHILE WE AIM FOR ACCURACY, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ALL FACTUAL STATEMENTS IN GAME CONTENT ARE ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA (INCLUDING LOSS OF LOCALLY STORED GAME PROGRESS), PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $50.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may seek relief in small claims court where eligible.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
